“To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven: A time to be born, And a time to die; A time to plant, And a time to pluck what is planted; A time to kill, And a time to heal; A time to break down, And a time to build up; A time to weep,
And a time to laugh; A time to mourn, And a time to dance; A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones; A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to gain, And a time to lose; A time to keep, And a time to throw away; A time to tear, And a time to sew; A time to keep silence, And a time to speak; A time to love,
And a time to hate; A time of war, And a time of peace.” Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
Our time is now my brothers and sisters. The time to embrace all the wonderful things in life is upon us. We all have our trials and tribulations. We all have sorrows and difficult times. But the time to embrace the changing of the season is now! Get ready! Get ready! Get ready!
Sometimes I marvel at the beauty of the light of a new day. No matter what clouds we sleep under, the morning will always come. Even if the weather is not the best, and the snow or rain is falling, you will always be greeted by the morning when you open your eyes.
When you really think about that, I mean really give it some deep thought, you will realize that a GOD who can make that happen, can make anything happen. Imagine that! Just when you think you are at the end of the road, and you can go no further, a new day with new possibilities will come. A new day to step outside with a smile upon your face. A new day to thank the LORD for all HE has done for you. A new day to receive all that you stand in need of.
So why do you doubt HIM? How can you doubt HIM? HE said, “Be still and know that I am GOD.” Did HE not show up for you before? So, why do you move with worry now?
In the past month, I have accomplished things that I have been dreaming about my entire life. I have met women who have overcome the unimaginable and are still walking around with their heads held high, making life happen. This was part of GOD’s plan. Meeting these wonderful women was HIS way of showing me what happens when seasons change. HE wanted me to know what it looks like, and what it feels like, and most importantly witness that it is possible,
And here I thought I joined these groups and became part of these projects because I wanted to expand my business. But GOD wanted me to expand my faith. HE wanted me to experience something else so that I can share it with HIS children.
I met these beautiful women, on not one FB platform, but three different platforms. However, each woman in their own way is working towards making things better for not only themselves, but others as well. This is what embracing your new season is about. Just read the verse above. It is all there for you to ponder. Everything has its season which means we will not stay in the same season forever. It will change. You can count on that!
So, if you are in a good season, take advantage of it, make the most of it and find your blessings in it. If you are in a bad season, start preparing for change, start learning from it, do not become satisfied in it, pray your way out of it, and know that change is coming. See, it does not matter which, good seasons or bad seasons, are all GOD’s seasons, and they are meant to evolve us – not hold us back. Even when sometimes we feel as if our current season is holding us back, it is not, it is only preparing us for our next season.
Your season is changing, and you should be prepared for it. Trust GOD, trust yourself, and be thankful for the good and the bad, because it is all GOD, and believe it or not, it is all GOOD.
Brace yourself for the changing of the season, because one thing is for sure, your season is changing. Deal with it and be ready!
May God bless you!
In his service,
